Brandy brings a strong understanding of both the hiring process and the people behind it. She partners closely with organizations to understand their culture, business needs, and long-term goals, allowing her to identify candidates who are not only qualified on paper but truly aligned with the opportunity.
Known for her relationship-focused and consultative approach, Brandy believes successful recruiting starts with listening. Beyond the office, Jennie embraces the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, balancing her professional life with her passion for nature and animals. She and her husband have a 14-acre working farm in Creswell, Oregon, where along with their two dogs, they own horses, donkeys, and miniature Highland cows. They split their time at a three-acre cabin in Crescent, Oregon, where riding horses, hiking, and the great outdoors provide the perfect escape.
